Shipping Policy
At GoWacky.us, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade pet gear designed to make life with your dog more fun. Because our products are handcrafted in North America, we aim to get them from our hands to your paws as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship all orders out within 1 business day (and often faster) but unfortunately we lose control once it gets into the hands of the mail carriers.
1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all consumer orders over $49 within the contiguous United States.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $49, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your package. Standard shipping is generally USPS.

Express Shipping: Need your gear in a hurry? We offer Express Shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.

UPS vs USPS: Due to some extreme delays in USPS shipping we now offer UPS Shipping as well. It is a couple dollars more than USPS but it is more reliable and has been much quicker over the last several months. We will continue to monitor USPS shipping delays. We are seeing them frequently.
2. Worldwide Shipping
We love our international "Wacky Pack" members!

Availability: We ship to many countries worldwide. Our shipping destinations are managed through Shopify; if you do not see shipping rates available during checkout after entering your address, it means we unfortunately do not ship to your country at this time.

Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. GoWacky.us has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
3. Carriers & Delivery
To ensure you get the best rates and fastest service, we utilize a variety of trusted carriers:

Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the carrier that offers the best rate and service for your specific location.

No Signature Required: For your convenience, we do not require a signature upon delivery. Packages will be left at your designated shipping address.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey through the carrier’s website.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GoWacky.us is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our "Wacky Support" team immediately so we can fetch a solution:
